Shipping policy

All our orders are processed on the same day they are administered on our website, unless the order has been registered on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it is processed on the next working day.

We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

Once verified, the order is processed within 1/6 days and sent to the delivery address.

All our products leave our premises 1/6 days after the order is placed. We ship to all countries by ship, which allows us to offer an international service.

Estimated average times:

Normally: 7-12 days depending on the demand of the product.

In special cases, due to high demand (Black Friday, Black Monday, Christmas, etc) or logistical problems, delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

If this is not the case, you will be able to proceed to a refund for lost/unshipped orders.

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number which can facilitate the delivery of your order.

*If the customer does not provide the correct address on the order and does not notify us minutes after placing the order (before the shipment and parcel are processed) and the parcel cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no refund option and a next delivery of the parcel will be at the customer's and buyer's expense.

*In the event that at the time of delivery of the order can not contact the customer continues to notify through the mailbox and if in 15 days the parcel is not collected from the office notified, it will be sent to the factory again having lost the parcel without the possibility of refund.

Claire & Arlo is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, duties or tariffs applied to the delivery or charges that may be applied in customs for the purchased parcel, so the buyer and the customer are responsible for providing the required value in customs without being able to process a refund.
